• Attire: Identify inconsistencies or items that may indicate intent or threat.
• Mood: Observe emotional cues, agitation, or anxiety that may precede aggressive behavior.
• Movement: Detect irregular or suspicious movement patterns.
• Articles: Notice objects, bags, or items that may present risks or hidden threats.

Through interactive exercises, scenario-based simulations, and guided discussions, participants learn to apply these principles in real-world situations. Training emphasizes proactive observation without profiling, helping staff distinguish between ordinary behavior and genuine risk indicators.
